This workshop gives an introduction to the basic approach and th e methods used in Sexological Bodywork. As a participant you will be able to experience new ways to\n\n deepen your capacity to enjoy body sensatio ns and live a sexuality that is more connected to your body (erotic embodi ment)\n establish deeper bonds in your intimate encounters\n create your sexual experiences and communicate your desires more consciously (sexual empowerment)\n deepen your knowledge about their your sexuality and devel op your erotic abilities\n\nThe foundation of our journey will be creative and focused body expression\, breathwork\, meditation\, as well as mindfu l and sensual whole-body touch as a giver and receiver.\n\nThe workshop ad resses people who wish to enrich their life with more conscious intimacy a nd sensuality and embodied eroticism. For people who are interested in the Sexological Bodywork Professional Training\, this course serves as an ove rview and introduction into the methods.\n\n \;\n\nConnection to the T raining\n\n\nThis introductory course typically aims to give an impression and a preparation for future Sexological Bodyworkers that want to partici pate in a full training. It is meant for anyone who wants to learn new met hods for their professional work in the field of sexuality as well as for anyone who wants to rediscover new aspects of their own sexuality.\n\nWe f rom ISB Berlin currently focus on German-speaking trainings. As of now\, w e do not offer any upcoming English-speaking Sexological Bodywork training . In case you are interested in doing an English-speaking training\, we su ggest you check out this list of acknowledged international Sexological Bo dywork schools. Our introductory course will make you eligible for trainin gs in other schools.\n\nIn 2022\, we offer German-speaking introductory co urses in May\, June and July. These courses are integrated in the applicat ion process of the 2023 training. The English-speaking course in October i s not!
