Yes\, we are going to masturbate together. Each day\, in differ ent ways. But this is just the vehicle for the deep dive into your subcons cious. This workshop might give you inspiration and insights about compuls ive behaviour in sexuality\, porn\, dating and relationships.\n \;\nDa vid Schnarch began developing this method in 2020\, shortly before he died . There are different things you could do with lucid masturbation. We will enter a lucid state through embodied pleasure activation in order to enga ge with the images and protagonists of our fantasy. In this state we can c onsciously explore and even influence the storyline and its emotional impr int.\n \;\nYou can make your fantasies sexier. You can change them in a way that is nourishing\, empowering and inspiring. You can let go of a f antasy altogether. Or create a new one. You can deepen\, vary and expand y our fantasy. For example\, if you need to draw on specific scenarios in or der to be aroused\, then lucid masturbation might expand your spectrum. If you think you don`t have any fantasies\, this method could help you devel op some. Perhaps you may also better understand your mental or emotional v ulnerabilities and compulsions and encounter them with more agency.\n  \;\nWe will create a container for you to take a closer look at how you pl easure yourself and what brings you to peak arousal.
