DESCRIPTION:WORKSHOP  “Returning to the Body\, Discovering Pleasure”\
 n\nObjective:\n\nTo develop greater body awareness in order to connect wit
 h pleasure\, and to learn to receive and explore consent through experient
 ial practice.\n\nDuration: 3 hours\n\nGroup: 8–12 people (TINA + cis-Fra
 uen)\n\nTools: dance\, interoception\, meditation\, consent.\n\nFacilitato
 r:\n\nI’m Caro\, from Chile\, a nomad and eternal learner\, who loves ac
 companying others in connecting with their bodies\, empowering themselves 
 through safety and trust. All these\, using concrete tools to delve into t
 he exploration of pleasure\, presence\, curiosity\, and genuine joy. I stu
 died law and practiced for 10 years. I’ve always felt connected to my bo
 dy\, but my deeper somatic journey began in 2021 when I experienced a huge
  crisis that led me to start connecting more deeply with my body through e
 xploration\, compassion\, and curiosity. I began practicing Kalaripayattu 
 (a martial art from Kerala\, India)\, vital for developing presence. Then\
 , in 2024\, I began my certification in Somatic Sexology in Brazil\, and I
  am currently certified by ILAS (Latin American Institute of Somatic Sexol
 ogy\, Brazil) and the Erospirit Research Institute (California\, USA)\, ha
 ving completed my training in 2025. I am currently pursuing training in so
 matic sexuality to guide groups\, which I hope to complete this year.\n\n&
 nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;
