DESCRIPTION:Restful Resolutions: Setting Gentle Intentions for the New Year
 \nIf you're exhausted and tired of making ambitious resolutions\, but stil
 l want to use the hopeful and positive energy of the new year to make a me
 aningful change in your life\, this workshop is for you.\nAranja will guid
 e you through soothing somatic-emotional exercises to identify which inten
 tion for the new year emerges from your heart and body. We will also look 
 at how to make the year ahead more restful. What downtime does your system
  need in order to support you with your deepest wish in the next year?\nAt
  the end we will (very briefly) invite our minds to join us in the process
  of identifying small\, easy steps we can implement to support the intenti
 ons set by body\, heart and soul. This is so that all parts of us may be o
