Monthly on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm – 10pm we invite you to the the Queer Body Healing Space events. In this space we would like to come together in a bodydiverse, Sex- and bodypositive space to share, learn, celebrate our Bodies/ourselves and be together. The evenings are hosted by Nino Mar Seliz with Mini-Workshops by different facilitators (one of the main facilitators is Ayo) to different topics for example „meditative touch“, „show and tell“, „consent“ etc..
The topic of the night will be „Meditative Touch“, led by Nino Mar Seliz
Meditative Touch means we will enter meditative states with somatic softness to nourish ourselves and feel more connected to our nervoussystem and the calmness and silent spaces in our bodies.
You are welcome to come as you are! Bring your friends*, cosy clothes and a blanket.
